I felt compelled to dress for today’s historic Inauguration in pearls and my Momma’s vintage Marvin Richards faux fur coat. My accessories were a Fashionphile Chloe Sally Bag, Schutz Maryana Eggwhite Crocodile Effect Leather Boot, and a 20-year-old pair of Grandoe white gloves.

January 6 was a heavy day for America. Today, I took off to witness this historic day. It’s a new time day season chapter to build new memories in Washington, D.C.

I pray the Biden-Harris administration has the money to combat the pandemic first and then the long-overdue reckoning of race, unemployment, and the economy.
