The Sidelines of Men's Health
I don’t follow professional or college football until a significant game or the Super Bowl. I realize that when a player stands on the sidelines or sits on the bench, they are not involved in the football game. I see many men standing on the sidelines regarding their health. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, research shows that many men only go to the doctor when sick.

Now that November is here, it is time to change the face of men’s health once again (pun intended). Since 2003, millions have joined the men’s health movement through the Movember Foundation, raising $650 million and funding over 1,000 programs focusing on prostate cancer, testicular cancer, poor mental health, and physical inactivity.
