Vacationing has highly beneficial de-stressing qualities. It’s official: Going on vacation helps you live longer. In addition to trying exotic foods and learning about different cultures, traveling can also improve your physical and mental well-being and prolong your life.

We don’t always need a long-term vacation or adventure to de-stress and stimulate creativity. Staycations are therapeutic as well. What’s your preference: staycations, short getaways, or scheduled destinations?
