The feminine-feel collection includes not only Christopher John Rogers but also bold and bright patterns from Alexis Barbara Isaias and RIXO designers Orlagh McCloskey and Henrietta Rix.

I became familiar with Rogers’s name in January 2021. How? I watched Joe Biden and Kamala Harris’s inaugurations. Kamala chose the young black designer for her chic custom purple dress and coat ensemble.
The celebrated designer hails from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The 25-year-old attended SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) and was a 2020 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Emerging Designer recipient.
