Month: June 2013

Summer1

Are we there yet? Yes, we are.  As of June 21 at 5:04 AM, the summer solstice arrived in full swing, but not without a few false starts. Forecasts for this summer include unprecedented highs, according the Climate Prediction Center. All the indicators are there: poor air quality index, high pollen count, high temperature bands with orange and yellow color ranges across the map of the United States.

I have never been a fan of hot or humid weather.  I remember as a child growing up in Philadelphia, summer seemed to last forever. I definitely prefer the new relaxed mode of dressing to not wear pantyhose.  SInce I am not the Duchess of Cambridge, I don’t need to adhere to such strict dress code, no one is really going to notice or care that I am not wearing hose.

The Club Twenty-One social group does as a part of a long standing annual tradition for the last 20 years. Wearing: Teri Jon gown My […]
